T-cell Large Granular Lymphocytic Leukemia and Felty Syndrome in Rheumatoid Arthritis: A Case Report

T-cell large granular lymphocytic (LGL) leukemia is characterized by a clonal proliferation of CD3+ T-cells and has been associated with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Splenomegaly common finding majority cases present cytopenia. Felty syndrome (FS) neutropenia splenomegaly also classically described in the literature for its association RA. Similarities clinical features, pathogenesis, management, genetics, immunologic basis FS LGL have led to suggestion that they exist on same spectrum disease. We case an RA patient features not distinguishable from FS.
